By accessing or using SBO Liquor you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
You must be 21+ to purchase restricted products. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the site complies with local laws.
We may update descriptions, pricing, images, vintage/labels, or availability without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders.
Prices are shown in USD and may include/exclude taxes as indicated. We accept: Chime, CashApp and Venmo. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment partner to charge your method. Chargebacks for valid, shipped orders may be contested.
We ship to the regions listed on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Adult signature/ID may be required for restricted products.
Return within 7 days in original, unopened condition unless otherwise stated. Certain items are not returnable (see policy). Refunds are issued to the original method after inspection.
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes; do not bypass age checks, tamper, scrape, spam, or interfere with security or operation.
All site content (logos, text, media) is owned by or licensed to SBO Liquor and protected by IP laws. You may not use it without permission.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of US. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or arbitration forum of Addison, IL unless applicable law requires otherwise.
