Where We Ship
We currently ship to: United State. Some regions are restricted for age-restricted products. Orders with invalid destinations may be canceled and refunded.
Processing Times
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Preorders and backorders will display estimated timelines at checkout.
Delivery Estimates & Tracking
Standard: 3-7 business days after dispatch
Express: 1-3 business days after dispatch
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. Free shipping threshold: $250 where applicable.
Adult Signature / Age Verification
For restricted products, a government-issued ID and adult signature may be required upon delivery. Couriers may refuse delivery without valid ID.
Returns & Exchanges Window
Return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened consumables, personalized items, clearance/final sale goods, and digital gift cards are not returnable unless defective.
How to Start a Return
Email info@shopbourbononline.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if damaged). We’ll issue an RMA and, if eligible, a return label with instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 7 business days for processing plus bank timelines.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report issues within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product, inner packaging, and outer box/label. We’ll assist with replacements or refunds per carrier guidelines.
